Disclosure   actionplan   I agree that you do need a plan when it comes to parenting your child. You need to have a list of rules and boundaries of what is and is not acceptable in your home. I did review the book that go alongs with this action plan and that review is here. So I had to get this as when you read the action plan book at the bottom on some pages it tells you where in the the book and what chapter to read to help you out with what you are learning. Over the next little while I am going to take some of the advice and tips from this work book and see what changes I can make in my own home. There are 150 pages and 12 chapters. The pictures in the book are very creative and cute illustrations. I have picked up a lot of books on this subject I do like work books the best and this book seems like it’s a easy to follow along with and there is even a audio part to this book where you can download the audio sessions from the website. http://www.biblicalparenting.org/actionplanaudio.asp. check out the link if you like and let me know what you think.  I think this book would be a great book to have for a group of parents to follow along with for a parenting bible study.

Motivate Your Child Action Plan

Crafting a Unique Strategy to Propel Your Child to Change

by Dr Scott Turansky and Joanne Miller,  RN BSN

Follow this specific, audio-guided strategy for moving any child from Point A, where he is now, to Point B, where he needs to be, using a heart-based approach. Your plan starts by looking at where you'd like your child to be in 40 days. Once you identify your goal, then you'll choose specific techniques to get your child moving in the right direction. You'll write down the plan and have meetings with your child to confirm direction and evaluate results. Each chapter ends with a suggested meeting discussion to have with your child.

This book stands alone but it has references throughout to the Motivate Your Child book should you choose to purchase it as well.
