I had no idea that Elvis was a twin, who unfortunately died at birth. This story and movie gives the viewer a possibility of what could have happened had the twin survived and grew up to be so into music like Elvis. It’s just one persons opinion and point of view but it’s a great one. No one will ever fully know what could have been. Elvis was an amazing singer and although I didn’t grow up back when he was still alive, just the movies I have seen and the music I have heard of his.
I really like this movie as I am into music i.e christian, rock and country with some gospel. There are many things that make it a must see movie. I love how it starts out in a 1940’s setting with the whole black and white feel. It’s like that to give you, the viewer, the feel of what it was like back then. How hard things were for those classified as “lower class” or in poverty.
If you are mom it might make you cried as one twin is giving away and one is keep. To go through a funeral to make others believe only one survived would be so hard that i can’t imagine it. Then to find out when you are adult that you have a famous twin that is a singer. Both are singers except the one given away is raised in a Christian family where the father is a preacher.
I won’t tell you anymore or it will be a spoil for you but I do recommend this movie for families well pretty much anyone.
