I love Amish books and read them a lot especially anything by Beverly Lewis. One of my favorite authors as she does an excellent job describing how the Amish live and their life in her books. Frona and Lily’s parents have died, and their brother is going to take over the farm, and they have to move out, something that never happens. The books start when Lily has run away, and the family is worried about where she is and want her back in the Amish faith. Frona meets a man who found a book Lily left on the train with her picture in it, and he sets out to find who the picture is of.
Kind of-of boring, unlike her other books that are more engaging this one. However, overall still a good book to read if you need to waste time.
